EVVA celebrates 100 years

EVVA was founded in 1919. Since then the name has stood for ‘Erfindungs-Versuchs-Verwertungs- Anstalt’ (Invention, Experimentation and Application Institute). EVVA was therefore a start-up back in 1919 and did what start-ups do today: invent, experiment, test and launch innovative products. And that’s what EVVA continues to do. The result: EVVA today holds over 200 patents and is a world leader in mechanical and electronic access systems.

Shaping history – making historyA success story.

100 years of EVVA marks a milestone in a success story in which many have been involved till today. 100 years of EVVA are the result of courageous entrepreneurship over several generations. We look back with pride, but we cannot rest on our laurels. We have a mission to actively seek progress and the will to continually develop, build on what we already know and engage in new ideas.

Anyone helping to shape change creates innovations, sets trends and makes history. The demands of today and tomorrow require the courage to bring about change, which, in the digital age, provides a sense of purpose and allows development.
