Xesar 3.4. - More flexibility for your shopping center

News | 16. July 2026.
In shopping centres, employees change regularly, opening hours change and different tenants have individual requirements for their access rights. For centre management, this often means a high administrative burden.

With the new multi-tenancy in Xesar 3.4, leased shops can manage their access authorisations themselves - quickly, flexibly and within the framework conditions defined by the centre operator. New employees are directly authorised, people who have left are immediately removed. This saves time and shortens reaction paths.

At the same time, the centre management retains control over the entire system. Securityrelevant zones, central access rules and the overall structure of the system remain the responsibility of the system manager. This means that both the individual shops and the operator benefit from clearly regulated responsibilities.

The advantages at a glance

  • Shops manage their access rights independently
  • Reduced administrative burden for centre management
  • Faster adjustments to staff changes
  • Clear responsibilities and increased efficiency
  • Central control and security for the entire shopping centre

Practical, flexible and secure

The multi-tenancy of Xesar 3.4 creates the ideal basis for modern shopping centre  structures: Tenants get the flexibility they need for their day-to-day operations, while centre management maintains an overview and is relieved of routine administrative tasks.

This makes access management simpler, more efficient and better tailored to the requirements of a modern shopping centre.
