Strategy and stakeholders
at a glanceSustainability: a question of culture
Sustainable action is deeply rooted in our EVVA culture. Numerous examples can be found in our values, our policies and the Code of Conduct for all employees and business partners. They can be accessed at https://www.evva.com/int-en/aboutus/company/#tab4 and contain clear rules for lawful business practices, fair competition and respectful, valued interactions.

EVVA has defined clear guidelines for its environmental policy:
- Using raw materials and energy sparingly
- Avoiding emissions and waste as much as possible
- Viewing waste as potentially recyclable,
- Increase environmental awareness through information and dialogue with stakeholders
Long-term thinking: across generations
We are a family-owned company - with security know-how spanning seven generations. In addition to the owning family, many employee families have been part of EVVA for generations. At EVVA, what matters is the company's long-term well-being and sustainable success. Decades of reliable relationships with our customers and business partners are also the rule, not the exception.

Value creation: The bigger picture
EVVA takes a holistic view of the entire value creation process in pursuing its sustainability goals. From designing products with sustainability in mind, to sourcing from regional suppliers and using resource-efficient production methods. The ESRS index under “ESRS 2, SBM-1” describes our value chain in detail with many examples. And under Our projects, you will find sustainable EVVA topics across all stages of the value chain.

In Balance: Economy, ecology and society
Even a single implementation can have many positive effects. For example, our oil-free clean production reduces resource consumption (= ecological sustainability), it saves hundreds of thousands of euros in procurement and disposal costs (= economic sustainability) and it prevents skin irritation among production employees (= social/social sustainability). We set ourselves the challenge of combining economic efficiency, environmental protection and social benefits in our projects.
Exchange with stakeholders: Decisions in dialogue
Stakeholders are individuals, companies or interest groups with whom EVVA has points of contact in the value chain and in the social environment (e.g. social initiatives). Our sustainable strategy is based on collaboration. EVVA involves various stakeholders in processes and decisions - for example, in product developments or when analysing the most important sustainable topics for our company. Diverse perspectives help us remain innovative.
- You can find out more about our stakeholders and how EVVA involves them in the ESRS Index under "ESRS 2, SBM-2: Stakeholder"
