EVVA impresses with "clean production".
TRIGOS has been giving awards to responsible companies since 2004. The best companies in the five categories "workplace", "society", "market", "social entrepreneurship" and "ecology" receive awards in recognition of their achievements.
The companies are awarded for their holistic understanding of social responsibility and exemplary implementation of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in all areas of activity. EVVA impressed the jury in particular with its "clean production" and innovative projects for saving energy and resources. Quote from TRIGOS:
"With around 190 entries, TRIGOS is still the most prominent Austrian award for responsible companies even in its ninth year. In their assessment, the jury placed particular importance on whether companies not only implemented individual measures, but also incorporated their social responsibility completely and strategically in all areas of their activity. After assessing all entries thoroughly, we are delighted to inform you that you are nominated for the TRIGOS Austria 2012 in the category ecology." The winners in the five categories "workplace", "society", "market", "ecology" and "social entrepreneurship" will be announced at the gala in Vienna on 31 May, 2012. Prior to the event, a press release will be issued on 8 May and all nominated companies will be presented in the newspaper "Die Presse" on 10 May 2012.
